the location was perfect, not too far away from emporium and emquartier. having afternoon tea and salads in the rooftop bar was just lovely.

The room was brand-new and tastefully decorated with lovely big beds, we stayed in all day. The hotel has comfortable and easy location right by a shopping center, mall & food, and Emporium which has a fancy supermarket to get snacks. There were a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like Dee Lite that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The hotel staff at Hilton were extremely helpful when we had issues with the room lock. They promptly assisted us and ensured our safety. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its attentive and caring service.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the complementary cookies and hot chocolate that were provided in the lobby. The location of the hotel is also convenient as it is near the BTS station, and there are plenty of food options around. Additionally, I liked the fact that the hotel had a rooftop pool with a nice view of the city.

My experience at the hotel was marred by the poor service I received from some staff members. The front desk seemed disorganized, and it took a long time to check in.

We recently held our wedding ceremony at Hilton Sukhumvit with approximately 300 guests and were truly impressed. The hotel's location is excellent, with great facilities and a high level of cleanliness. The reasonable price was an added bonus. The food provided by the hotel was exceptional and the staff were extremely nice and helpful throughout our stay.
